Setup typically takes 5–10 business days from signed agreement to live system. This covers workflow configuration, Gmail integration, Google Sheets setup, and your initial sequence configuration.
No. Your day-to-day interaction is entirely through Google Sheets. You review leads, approve or trigger sends, and approve booked calls. A full SOP is included at onboarding.
Yes. The system integrates with your existing Gmail account. All emails are sent from your own address, preserving sender reputation and ensuring replies come directly to you.
The Lead Outbound System currently supports Google Workspace/Gmail and Microsoft 365/Outlook only. These are the two approved environments for email sending, calendar booking, and workflow integration. Other email platforms are not supported by default and would require a separate technical review before implementation.
