What happens if the system doesn't perform?+
The walkthrough call exists to determine fit before either party commits. If we agree this is right for your operation and the system underperforms expectations in the first 90 days, we work the problem with you — adjust targeting, refine sequencing, or restructure the engagement. The 12-month commitment exists because outbound takes time to compound; both parties need that runway for the system to deliver fairly. We don't extend you into a multi-year contract beyond that.
Who owns the system if I leave?+
Your Google Workspace, your data, your templates, and your email history are yours from day one. The automation layer — n8n workflows and scheduled tasks — runs on our infrastructure during the engagement. After the 12-month minimum commitment is complete, you have three options: continue on retainer (default, includes V2 features as they release), renew for another 12 months, or purchase a Handover License that transfers full operational control. The Handover License is priced at 15 months of your current retainer tier. Most clients stay on retainer because the maintenance, monitoring, and ongoing improvements are included.
What's the Handover License?+
It's how we offer a real exit from the retainer model. After your first 12 months, you can purchase a one-time Handover License that transfers full operational control of the system to you — n8n workflow exports, Apps Script source, deployment documentation, a technical handover session, and 30-day post-handover support. Priced at 15 months of your current retainer tier (AED 75,000 for Foundation, AED 135,000 for Growth, AED 270,000 for Full Service). After the handover, the system runs in your accounts under your operation. You stop receiving V2 features and ongoing maintenance, but you keep everything we built. Most clients prefer to stay on retainer because the maintenance and new features more than offset what they would save, but the option exists for clients who want to take the system in-house.
How long until I see the first booked call?+
Setup runs 7–10 business days. Domain authentication and sending account warming run in parallel and take 14 days minimum before any live cold sends. Most clients see their first replies within 30 days of live operation, and first booked calls within 45–60 days. Outbound is a discipline, not a switch. We tell you this up front because it is the truth.
Can I see the actual system before I commit?+
Yes. The walkthrough call is a live screen-share of the master sheet, the n8n workflows, and the full operational flow. You see exactly what you would be operating, with no pitch deck in between. The call runs 15 minutes by default but extends if you want a deeper look.
How is this different from an agency at the same price?+
An agency operates outreach on your behalf using their infrastructure. When the engagement ends, you lose everything — the data, the templates, the deliverability reputation, all of it. Fornax Labs builds the system inside your accounts from day one. Your Google Workspace, your sending domain, your data, and your email history are yours throughout the engagement and persist if you leave. The automation layer runs on our infrastructure during the retainer, and we offer a Handover License after month 12 that transfers operational control to you. You get the option to graduate to full in-house ownership. Agencies don't offer that.
What about email deliverability? Won't my domain get flagged?+
Deliverability is the single biggest failure mode in cold outbound. We strongly recommend a secondary sending domain (registered specifically for outbound) to protect your primary domain reputation. We handle SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration. We enforce send caps during warming. We supply a signed Deliverability Protocol document that defines operational discipline. If you follow the protocol, deliverability holds. If you ignore it, no system will save you.
Does this work for my specific industry?+
